Every now and again a TV show comes along that makes you positively evangelical in your need to spread the word. That need is somehow even more pressing when said TV show is a slow-moving, twenty-episode Danish series complete with subtitles, and starring no one you've ever heard of...

Fandom Cake 2010...
Nov. 18th, 2010 09:50 pm Following on from last year's quite remarkable Bug!Slug birthday cake, this year's entrant sets new standards for what you can achieve with a packet of multi-coloured icing (that's frosting to you Yanks!) and a whole lot of patience.
I'm not sure exactly how detailed the photo is, but Cat even managed to sculpt hot dog chunks to put in amongst the macaroni... What she didn't realise (largely because "everything I know about your fandom comes from being your beta!") is that mac 'n' cheese has never actually been in the show, but somehow frequently manages to work its way into my fics. But that just made me love it even more.
So, basically, if you get the joke, thanks for reading ;-)
