Caroline, you did a great job with this. It's the kind of thing that probably wouldn't have been broadcast, or left in a PG-13 movie, which is part of what I liked about it. I like seeing the TSCC characters back in an adult setting. Serious business. I have to ask though: would an infection really have manifestered (intentional) so quickly?
It seems to me that you'd be a good team member to have on a wilderness whitewater trip.
