OMG. This was
so
good. I love Sarah being a hard ass even when she is so unwell. And I love Derek being able to take care of her while still allowing her to retain her dignity and pride. And Sarah confiding in him, even if it was just a little bit.
This was a beautiful, beautiful piece.
